CLUBHOUSE
RESERVATIONS

Please select the amenities you would like to book for your reservation. The clubhouse capacity is 183. The capacity is subject to revision based on local, state, or federal restrictions.

RESERVATION FEE A reservation fee is required at the time of booking and must be received by Management within seven (7) days of the booking. Payment can be made online or by personal check. Payments for Clubhouse rentals should be mailed to LC located at: Harrison Park Recreation Association c/o Lifestyle Communities 230 West Street, Suite 200 Columbus, OH 43215 The Association cannot accept third-party checks; only checks from the Resident. If a Resident needs to cancel their reservation, this must be done at least seven (7) days prior to the reservation. The refund will be credited to the Resident’s account and can be applied to future monthly assessments. For apartment residents, a check will be issued for your refund. Failure to cancel within seven (7) days will result in forfeiture of the reservation fee. CLUBHOUSE RULES 1) Only Residents may reserve use of the Clubhouse. 2) The reserving Resident must be in good standing with the Association. All fees must be current and have no outstanding violations. 3) The reserving Resident must be present throughout the duration of the reservation. 4) All rules of the Clubhouse must always be observed. Reservation of the Clubhouse does not include the use of the swimming pool or wellness center unless otherwise specified in your reservation selection. 5) The Clubhouse is available from 7:00 AM to 12:30 AM. 6) The Association will not be held responsible for the behavior of other Residents or guests during the time of the reservation. 7) Smoking is prohibited inside and outside of the Clubhouse. 8) Grilling at the Clubhouse violates the Association's insurance policy and is prohibited. Grills may not be used at the Clubhouse, or in the grass or parking areas around the Clubhouse. 9) Attaching decorations, regardless of the type of decoration or way it is attached, to any surface within the Clubhouse (i.e. walls, ceilings, windows, railings, etc.) is prohibited. 10) Do not attach signs, balloons, etc. to any of the structures in the Common Element around the Clubhouse. This includes the exterior of the Clubhouse, the white fence, etc. A sign/balloon(s) may be placed in the grass area outside of the Clubhouse as a directional aide but must be removed at the conclusion of the reservation. 11) The reserving Resident is responsible for all damages to the facility and grounds of the Association caused by their guests, including excessive dirt, clean-up of food/beverages, furniture damage, etc. 12) There shall be no DJ’s, extra stereo equipment, or live music permitted to be set up outside of the Clubhouse. This is a courtesy to Residents living within close proximity to the Clubhouse. The exception to this is an Association planned event. 13) The Association nor the Management Company will be responsible for any injuries that occur before, during, or after the event, or as a direct result of the use or misuse of the Clubhouse or any other facilities of Harrison Park Recreation Association. 14) It is the Resident’s responsibility to confirm the reservation seven (7) days in advance. 15) Resident agrees to abide by all Rules & Regulations outlined in the Community Guidelines Handbook for Harrison Park Recreation Association. A copy can be obtained on the LC Online Portal or by contacting LC via email. 16) The Board reserves the right to cancel or alter these rules at any time.
